SERVICES - Andrea Quanchi Independent Midwife, Maternal & Child Health Nurse Pregnancy Journal Andrea gives each woman a journal for their pregnancy. She encourages women to collect the birth stories of the other women in their lives so that they can understand what will influence their perceptions of birth. At each visit you and Andrea can record information or answers to questions you have asked. Between visits the journal is somewhere to write questions or ideas that you want to share with Andrea at your next visit. The journal can be shared with your partner, family and support people who may not be able to be at each visit. Children love drawing pictures in the journal and older children can write their own stories or questions. You will end up with a record of your pregnancy to keep for your baby.
